FAQ

WHAT DO I WEAR?
Comfortable, loose-fitting clothes and closed-toed shoes. No sandals!

WILL I BE SITTING ON THE GROUND?
To best experience Mother Earth, sitting on a mat on the ground is recommended.  However, if you prefer, bring an easy-to-carry chair.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Water bottle
• Bug repellent and sunscreen

HOW LONG IS THE FOREST BATHING EXPERIENCE?
It will last 2 hours.

WHAT IS THE AGE OF THE PARTICIPANTS?
Participants must be over 16 years of age.
